Shipments and returns
Along with your order, you will receive an invoice or delivery note issued by TornadoHobby.eu.
The products will be shipped to the delivery address you indicate. We will endeavour to ship your order on the same day payment is received or at least within 2 business days, provided the product is in stock. Reservations of products that are not in stock are allowed by sending us an email, setting preference depending on the date of payment.
Shipments are always sent by a service that includes tracking, tracking information will be provided once sent. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we will always work to make the shipment as soon as possible.
Delivery charges are setup by region and country, and there are limitations as to the precise calculation of the delivery fee. If you have been charged more than we have paid to send you order, you will be refunded the difference.
